Annual Women's Heart Wellness & Caring Heart Award Dinner

Our featured speaker will be Dr. Sayena Azarbar, a Griffin Faculty Physician Cardiologist.
Our goal is to increase heart disease awareness among women, empower them to love and save their hearts, and ensure women are provided the means to protect their heart health through education and awareness!
The Annual Women's Heart Wellness and Caring Heart Award Dinner will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 5:30 pm. The event will be held at Birchwoods at Oak Lane Country Club in Woodbridge, CT.
The event will feature an interactive discussion about what women need to know about heart disease with featured speaker Dr. Sayena Azarbar. The event will also honor Elizabeth Montefusco with the Caring Heart Award. The Women's Heart Wellness Committee presents its Caring Heart Award to an individual from the Lower Naugatuck Valley who has made significant contributions to the heart wellness of an individual or the community at large by his or her actions and/or volunteerism.
